Key Facts Agreement

1. Commission
   Commission is charged at the rate agreed upon in this agreement.
2. Hardware Rental
   Hardware rental is charged at £1 per week.
3. Payouts
   • Payouts are made to your account weekly, every Wednesday.
   • If the payout amount is less than £100, the balance will carry over to the next week.
   • A detailed statement of all transactions will be sent to your email.
4. Menu Updates
   • Full menu updates are charged at £25.
   • Occasional small changes are provided free of charge.
5. Ownership
   • Hardware (printers & tablets), software, and domain names remain the property of 2GoOnline.
   • 2GoOnline requires control of your Google Map listing to optimize SEO effectively.

Online Processing
To process payments for card orders on your website:

• You must provide valid identification (e.g., a passport) to comply with current UK card processing laws. This is a legal requirement.
• Failure to provide this information will prevent you from accepting card payments through the website.

GDPR - Your Data

• Customer data is provided solely to fulfill orders.
• Marketing communication is only permitted with customers who have explicitly opted in during checkout.
• 2GoOnline maintains accurate records of opt-ins and ensures compliance with data protection laws.
• All customer data provided must be handled securely and privately.

For orders fulfilled via KlikLocal Delivery:

• Customer details, including name, address, and telephone number, will be shared with KlikLocal for order fulfillment.
• This data may be stored outside the EU.

Termination

• This agreement may be terminated with six months' written notice sent via email to support@2goonline.co.uk.
• Upon termination:
  • Your website will be deactivated.
  • The domain name will expire with the registrar.
  • Any unreturned hardware will incur a charge to cover replacement costs.

Fees
All fees are subject to VAT.

By signing this document, you agree to these terms under the laws of England & Wales.
