Key Facts

- Commission is charged at 0% for 3 months subject to you having no other whitelabel online ordering services live. After this period commission will revert to 7.5% providing exclusivity remains.
- Printer line rental is £0.00 for 3 months, then reverting to £1 per week.
- You must switch off conflicting white label services within 3 months of going live with 2GoOnline. Failure to do so will void this commission-free offer, and revert to standard commission of 7.5%, you will have 30 days to remove these conflicting services to avoid this.
- Payouts are made to your account on a weekly basis (every Wednesday). If payment is less than £100 your balance will carry over to the next week.
- A statement will be sent to your email with a breakdown of all transactions.
- Menu updates are charged at £25 for a full menu update. Occasional small changes are free of charge.
- Hardware (printers & tablets), software and domain names remain the property of 2GoOnline.
- 2GoOnline must hold control of your Google Map listing to allow us to optimize your SEO.

Online Processing
To process payments (card orders) on your website you must provide us with full identification (passport to comply with current UK card processing law, this is a legal requirement. If you do not provide this information you will not be able to take card payments through the website.

GDPR - Your Data
To complete orders placed you will be given customer data, you should only use this information to fulfill orders. You agree to only communicate to customers who have opted in to receive marketing, these customers have the option to opt in during checkout. 2GoOnline agrees to keep accurate records of customers that have opted in and can be contacted. You agree to keep any information we send you safe, private and secure. If you have chosen the KlikLocal delivery option, your customers details including name, address and telephone number will be passed to KlikLocal to fulfil the order. This data may be held outside the EU.

This agreement may be terminated given 6 months written notice via email to support@2goonline.co.uk. Your website will be deactivated and the domain name will be allowed to expire with the registrar. If you do not return the hardware a charge will be made to cover costs of replacement.
